After the July 19, 2015 shooting of Sam Dubose, University of Cincinnati police officer Ray Tensing will be indicted with murder in shooting of unarmed black man, according to the prosecutor’s office. A warrant has been issued for police officer Ray Tensing’s arrest. Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters said the video shows a “senseless” and “asinine” shooting by a man who “never should have been a police officer.” A video of the dashcam shows the extremist behavior of police officer Ray Tensing.
A grand jury returned an indictment charging Ray Tensing with murder.
In an interviewer, Prosecutor Joe Deters stated that the delays involves the University of Cincinnati police unions which gives such officers 48 hours to talk before they to Cincinnati Police Department. An initial police report stated that the posting
Prosecutor Joe Deters stated that “Sam Dubose didn’t deserve to be tased, and he certainly didn’t deserve to be shot in the head.” He stated “I know he intentionally killed someone.” The prosecutor stated that they planned to seek life in prison for police officer Ray Tensing. The prosecutor stated: “When it leads to this, no front license plate, leads to being shot in the head, it is ridiculous.” He stated: “Can you imagine the outrage if this was your kid, if this was your brother?”
Regarding the vehicle moving forward, Prosecutor Joe Deters stated that he believed that was accidental and Sam Dubose was dead instantly after being shot by murderer Ray Tensing.
Police officer Ray Tensing has surrendered to the police for the charges of murder against him.
Audrey Dubose remembered her son and thanked God for his mercy. Audrey Dubose stated “I pray for all the soldiers out there marching for justice for my son and so many others.” “God will fight the battle, we are just the soldiers.” “I trust God.” “There are many others out there being killed by cops unjustly. I want to be there for others like they were there for me.”
